Join us for a special networking reception at the Nordic Pavilion at World EXPO 2025 in Osaka, hosted by the Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian, and Swedish Chambers of Commerce in Japan.
The General Assembly elected a new board for the fiscal year 2024, with Sakari Romu (Finnair) and Suvi Sundquist (Business Finland) joining as new directors.

About The Event
On Wednesday, May 21st, 2025, the Nordic Chambers of Commerce in Japan invite you to a unique opportunity to tour the Nordic Pavilion at EXPO 2025 and connect with Kansai-based businesses. Engage with key industry leaders from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden and enjoy a guided tour of the Nordic Pavilion exhibition followed by a networking reception.
With the theme “Together Towards a Better Future,” this networking reception event offers a chance to explore exciting collaborations and strengthen cross-country partnerships between the Nordics and Japan, particularly in the Kansai region.
Event Highlights
● Special Guided Tour: Explore the Nordics through exhibition, immersive experiences, and Nordic-themed shop on the 1st floor.
● Networking Reception: Enjoy delicious bites and free-flowing drinks on the 2nd floor main conference center. The Nordic Food Bar will offer a unique culinary experience combining Nordic flavors with Japanese elements. If the weather permits, the 3rd floor terrace will be open, offering a panoramic view of the Expo grounds as you network with like-minded professionals.

DCCJ/FCCJ/SCCJ/NCCJ/ISCCJ Chamber Members: ¥12,000 JPY
Invited Chambers Guests: ¥15,000 JPY
*Notice 1: Participants are responsible for purchasing their own EXPO 2025 admission tickets.
*Notice 2: The price includes only the Nordic Pavilion special guided tour service, and the event networking reception at the Nordic Pavilion.
This event is co-hosted by the Finnish Chamber of Commerce in Japan (FCCJ), the Danish Chamber of Commerce in Japan (DCCJ), the Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan (SCCJ), the Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Japan (NCCJ), and the Icelandic Chamber of Commerce in Japan (SCCJ).
