The Finnish Chamber of Commerce in Japan (FCCJ), in collaboration with ICEYE Japan, part of the Finnish “decacorn” satellite and space company ICEYE Oy, invites you to an exclusive networking event hosted as part of the official Finnish Defence & Space Industry Delegation visit to Tokyo.

This mixer brings together local Finnish business leaders in Japan and a high-level visiting delegation organized by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, the Finnish Defence and Aerospace Industries (PIA), and Business Finland’s Defence & Digital Resilience Program.

Delegation is led by Minister of Defence Antti Häkkänen. During the event, ICEYE Japan CEO and president, Mr. Pete Tsukahara, will speak about ICEYE’s activities in Japan and each visiting delegation company will be briefly introduced.

Both Finland and Japan face shared strategic challenges requiring advanced technological solutions—including automated systems, cybersecurity, advanced sensing, and space capability—to address limited human resources in complex security environments. The FCCJ Defence Mixer offers a casual platform to foster cross-border networking and explore co-operation opportunities between visiting delegation members and FCCJ member companies.
