We are delighted to invite you to the Christmas Gala 2025, taking place on Friday, December 12th, 2025, at the stylish TRUNK Hotel in Tokyo.
This annual celebration brings together the Nordic business communities in Japan for an evening of festive cheer, seasonal dining, and high-level networking. Enjoy a Christmas-inspired course dinner, free-flow drinks, and accompanied by a live jazz performance that will set the perfect holiday mood. The full menu will be announced in November.

This event is organized by the Danish Chamber of Commerce in Japan (DCCJ) and co-hosted with the valued support of the Icelandic Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ISCCJ), the Finnish Chamber of Commerce in Japan (FCCJ), the Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Japan (NCCJ), and the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Japan (SCCJ).

Time: 19:00–22:00 (Doors open at 18:30)
Dress Code: Black‑tie preferred — elegant attire such as gowns, formal cocktail dresses or jumpsuits, tuxedos, or dark formal suits are all welcome.
Admission:
Members (Early Bird): JPY 26,000
Available from September 10th – October 31st, 2025 (for full table reservations until December 1st
Members (Regular): JPY 30,000
Applies from November 1st, 2025
Non-Members: JPY 36,000
Event Registration Deadline: Monday, December 1st, 2025 at 17:00.
*Table Reservations: For companies wishing to reserve a full table (8 seats), the early bird/member price applies until the registration deadline on December 1st.
*Dietary Restrictions and Allergies: If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please send your details to info@dccj.org by 13:00 on December 1st. All information provided will be treated confidentially and used solely to accommodate your needs. Please note that no major accommodations can be made after this deadline.
