is the Co-Founder and Partner at Kay Group K.K. and an ICF-certified PCC coach with over 30 years of experience in leadership and organizational development. Based in Tokyo, she has a distinguished background including her consulting work with Deloitte, where she has guided senior executives in creating high-performing, inclusive work environments. Karin’s expertise extends beyond coaching to collaborating with NGOs and startups, applying her global experience to enhance leadership effectiveness in diverse contexts.
