 Stora Enso Cup - SWEDEN-FINLAND GOLF CHALLENGE - Friday, 28 November 2018

The 25th Stora Enso Cup, the golf challenge between the Swedish and Finnish Chambers was played on Friday, 28 November at Taiheiyo Club Gotemba West in Shizuoka Prefecture. The event was played quite nice autumn weather, with just a bit drizzle of rain in the afternoon, and with nice colors and Mt. Fuji visible close-by on several every holes in the morning.

The individual winner (best net) was Ivar Johansson (SCCJ) with a net 70 (gross 88). He laso won the SCCJ Autumn Golf Cup. Second best net was Masao Ohata (FCCJ), net 71 (gross 99) and third Hisako Noto (FCCJ), net 73 (gross 98).

Best gross was Eiji Takagi (SCCJ) with 85, shared second Ivar Johansson (SCCJ) and Nobuhiko Miyaji (SCCJ) 88.

The winners of the longest drive were Jan Sandstrom (SCCJ) on No. 9 and Masaki Goto (FCCJ) on No. 15. Sandstrom was the winner of the SCCJ longest drive trophy.

The near pin winners were: Jan Sandstrom, SCCJ (no. 4), Marko Saarelainen, FCCJ (no. 7), Tuomo Kuuppo, FCCJ (no. 12) and Nobuyuki Henmi, FCCJ (no. 17)
